Kia Ora, It’s hard to believe October is over already! This month we have been enjoying our outside environment by playing in the sandpit, water play in the trough and even wheat play in the trough. We have also painted the windows a number of times and the children have enjoyed helping clean the windows with the hose at the end of the day.
Michelle is going to be attending her final teaching practicum and will be away for seven weeks. Michelle will return to Play to Lean on Monday the 7th of December.
This month it is with great sadness that we farewell Ange as she continues her teaching journey in another teaching and learning environment. We will miss you Ange. But we would like to welcome Juanita who will be starting on the second of November.
In the Kea room we have extended on our box play from last month by adding scarves for the children to crawl through and lights for them to look at in the box. We have also been loving our sensory play this month with lots of wheat play.
