Well it has been a busy month here at Play to Learn. We have had a change of owner ship. We welcome Jocelyn and her whānau to the Play to Learn family. We are looking forward to some new signage and some advertising of the centre in the local paper as well as a new look website. Programme Planning at Play to Learn
About a month ago we changed our programme planning from construction and expressive arts to just expressive arts. At Play to Learn children continue to show their developing interests in the expressive arts by partaking in learning experiences led by themselves but also ones that have been provided by teachers to extend on previous learning. World Mud Day!
As a child I have fond memories of making mud pies in the back yard with my siblings and cooking them in the play house we had in the back yard, I remember playing in mud as a joyous time and getting outside as often as we could.
